HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY FURMEY PIECES?
All items should be handled with care and should only be worn under owner supervision.
Knitted items should be washed with hand or with a delicate, 20C wool wash program. Please note that we use high quality yarns, and our products are made with the finest craftsmanship. Feel free to contact us if you have any doubts about cleaning or handling your products. Our FURMEY team is here to help!
WHICH SIZE FITS MY FURRY FRIEND?
In the size chart, we give examples of breeds to give an indication of each size.
However, to avoid the frustration of having to return or exchange an item, we highly recommend to measure your friend following the instructions below.
XS: Chihuahua, Teacup Poodle, Yorkshire
S: Toypoodle, Pomeranian, Jack Russell
M: French Bulldog, Shithzu, Dachshund
L: English Bulldog, Medium Labradoodle
XL: Ridgeback, Weimaraner
Back – Measure length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Neck – Measure around the neck, allowing some extra room for a comfortable fit.
Chest – Measure the widest point around the chest, going all the way around.
WHAT IF MY ITEM BECOMES DAMAGED?
If your FURMEY piece breaks or becomes damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to replace it or offer a store credit. If your item becomes damaged through normal use, we are unfortunately unable to take this item back.

Can I return my order?

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT FALLS OUT OF THE RETURN POLICY?
We will do our best to help you! If you wish to return something outside of our 14-day refund window, please contact us at email@example.com. If we accept your return, you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit.
MY PACKAGE GOT LOST, WHAT TO DO?
In case your package was lost or damaged before receiving it, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do everything we can to help you.

DOES FURMEY COVER CUSTOMS FEES FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE EU?
Unfurrrtunately, we do not cover custom fees. Please consult the Shipping & Returns page for more information.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Once we have received and approved your return, we will process a refund to the same payment method used for your original order. Depending on your bank account, it can take up to 14 business days for you to receive the refund.
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
We offer online and physical gift cards in the following amounts:
Online gift cards are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Physical gift cards are sent to the desired address in FURMEY packaging, with the costs for shipping added at checkout. All cards come with a furrytale FURMEY note.
