Shipping & Returns
At Furmey we strive to send all our goods, within 24-hours after the order has been placed. Our headquarters is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Orders placed before 16:00 (GMT +2) will be shipped the same day. Domestic orders are shipped by local shipping companies and often arrive within 1-2 business days.
For international orders, please keep in mind the following shipping times:
Germany + Belgium: 2-4 business days
Spain + France + Italy: 3 – 6 business days
Other EU countries + UK: 3 – 7 business days
USA: 5 – 10 business days
APAC: 5 – 14 business days

Returns & exchanges
Our customers and community create our brand; therefore, we will do anything to bring the best service possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns on all qualified items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Note, that each item must be returned in its’ original Furmey packaging, undamaged, unworn and unused. All tags need to be attached. Orders purchased from promotions must abide by the policy and requirements of promotions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defect, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the failure and/or fix the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and waste bags).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Note: we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest and easiest way to ensure you get your desired item/product is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Our Furmey team will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take not it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
1. Sent an email with the returning item incl. order number and reception date to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Start your email with “Return” + order number
3. Note the returning item in your email + reason of return
4. Depending on your location we will sent you a return label
5. Put your items carefully in its’ original packaging including all tags and labels attached. Note: items will only be accepted in their original packaging, unworn, unused, undamaged and including all tags and labels.
